Question 1

Where do you ship?

Accepted Answer

Casual Quarter currently ships to the Netherlands, Belgium, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain and Italy. Orders to these countries over €250 ship free. If your country isn't listed, contact us and we'll let you know if we can help.

Question 2

How long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

Most orders ship within 2 business days. From there it depends on where you are: Netherlands 1–2 business days, rest of Europe 3–5 business days. Every order includes tracking.

Question 3

When is shipping free?

Accepted Answer

On all orders above €250 shipped within Europe. Full delivery rates by region are on the Shipping & Returns page.

Question 4

Does CP Company run true to size?

Accepted Answer

No. CP Company runs slim and short compared to most UK and European sizing. For the majority of pieces, go up one size from your usual. For shell jackets you plan to layer in winter, go up two. The full breakdown is in our CP Company sizing guide.

Question 5

Does Paul & Shark run true to size?

Accepted Answer

Not in tops. Paul & Shark runs large in the upper body — size down one for a modern fit, or stay at your usual size for the relaxed silhouette the brand was designed around. Bottoms are true to size. Full detail is in the Paul & Shark sizing guide

Question 6

What is Shark Fit?

Accepted Answer

Shark Fit is Paul & Shark's slim-cut product line — a separate cut from the Regular Fit range, not just a smaller size. If you want a fitted polo, Shark Fit is the right choice. Sizing down on a Regular Fit fixes the chest measurement but leaves the shoulders sitting too wide.

Question 7

How do I measure myself for sizing?

Accepted Answer

Measure your chest at the widest point, straight across under the arms. Compare this to the measurements on the product page rather than the size label alone. For CP Company, also check the shoulder width — both numbers matter for outerwear.

Question 8

What if the size doesn't fit?

Accepted Answer

Use the sizing guides before ordering — that is what they are for. If the size still does not work, the 14-day return policy covers you.

Question 9

What is your returns policy?

Accepted Answer

Casual Quarter offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn and in their original condition. Full details are on the Shipping & Returns page.

Question 10

How do I return an item?

Accepted Answer

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn and returned in original packaging. The Shipping & Returns page has the full process.

Question 11

Is Paul & Shark a luxury brand?

Accepted Answer

Not in the strict sense. Paul & Shark is a premium Italian technical brand — well above the mass market, below the level of Brunello Cucinelli or Loro Piana. The quality is genuine; the price reflects Italian manufacturing and technical construction rather than luxury house margins.

Question 12

Where is Paul & Shark made?

Accepted Answer

Most pieces are produced in Italy, which accounts for both the construction quality and the price point.

Question 13

Why is CP Company so expensive?

Accepted Answer

Italian manufacturing, technical fabrics (Chrome-R, Flatt Nylon, Micro Reps), and garment dyeing after assembly all carry real cost. You are also paying for a brand that has been in continuous production since 1971 without cutting corners on construction to hit a lower price.

Question 14

What is the CP Company goggle hood?

Accepted Answer

The goggle hood is a built-in lens hood that unfolds from the collar of the Metropolis Jacket and related pieces. It dates to 1988, designed for the Mille Miglia endurance race. It is functional, wind and rain resistant, not decorative.

Question 15

What is the Stone Island compass badge?

Accepted Answer

The compass patch on the removable left sleeve badge was a practical detail on the first Stone Island collection in 1982. It was not designed as a brand identifier. It became one because the clothes were adopted by the British casual movement, not because of a marketing strategy.

Question 16

What brands do you stock?

Accepted Answer

Burberry, C.P. Company, Hugo Boss, Paul & Shark and Stone Island. All stock is genuine, priced below retail, with free delivery on orders above €250 to the countries we ship to.

Question 17

Is Casual Quarter stock genuine?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All stock at Casual Quarter is authentic, not replica, not grey market. We sell genuine CP Company and Paul & Shark pieces.

Question 18

Why are prices lower than the brand's own website?

Accepted Answer

Casual Quarter is an independent retailer with lower operating costs than brand flagships or large department stores. The saving gets passed to the customer. The product is the same.

Question 19

Can I sell my designer pieces to Casual Quarter?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If you have designer pieces to sell, visit the Sell to Us page for details on how it works.

Question 20

How do I know my Stone Island is authentic?

Accepted Answer

Every Stone Island piece we sell is checked and guaranteed authentic before it ships. If you want to check a garment code yourself, our free ART Number checker decodes it in seconds.
