At Casual Quarter, we ship to customers all over the world. No matter where you are, we make sure your order is carefully packed and on time.

Processing Time

Once your order has been placed, we will dispatch it within 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your package is on its way.

Track & Trace

Every order is shipped with track & trace included. After dispatch, you will receive a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Estimated Delivery Times

After dispatch:

  • Netherlands: 1–2 business days
  • Europe: 3–7 business days
  • Rest of the world: 7–14 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and local customs processing.

Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order, and we handle every return with care.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product is unworn and unwashed
  • The product is in its original condition with all swing tags and labels still attached
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The product shows no signs of use or damage

Returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer’s expense.

How to Register a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us via our contact form or by email. Once your return has been approved, you will receive further instructions for the return shipment.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. In that case, we will cover the cost of the return shipment.

Refund

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days via the original payment method.
