CP Company has been making the same type of clothing since 1971. Founded by Massimo Osti in Bologna, the brand built its reputation on technical fabrics and garment dyeing — pieces dyed after assembly, which is why the colour sits the way it does. The goggle hood on the Metropolis Jacket dates to 1988, designed for the Mille Miglia endurance race. It was not invented for Instagram.
