Terms and conditions
1. General
These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements made via the webshop of Casual Quarter, a sole trader based in Enkhuizen, The Netherlands. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Offers and prices
All prices on our website include 21% VAT. We reserve the right to change prices. The price applicable at the time of ordering is the final price. Price changes after an order has been placed do not affect your order.
Any shipping costs will be clearly stated before you complete your order.
3. Order and agreement
An agreement is established when you receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of suspected fraud or incorrect details. In such cases, you will be notified as soon as possible and any payment will be refunded.
4. Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
- iDEAL
- PayPal
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
- Klarna (pay later / instalment payment)
Payment must be made upon placing the order, unless you use Klarna, in which case Klarna's own terms and conditions apply. In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to charge collection costs.
5. Delivery
We deliver throughout Europe. Delivery times are indicative and depend on your location and product availability. We aim to deliver within the stated timeframe but are not liable for delays caused by external factors such as customs or carriers.
The risk for the products transfers to you upon delivery to the specified delivery address.
6. Right of withdrawal and return policy
As a consumer, you have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason. Products may be returned provided they meet the following conditions:
- The product is unworn and unwashed
- The product is in its original condition with all swing tags and labels still attached
- The product is in its original packaging
- The product shows no signs of use or damage
Returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer's expense.
To register your return, please contact us via our contact form or email address. Once approved, you will receive instructions for the return shipment. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
Upon receipt and inspection of the return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days via the original payment method.
7. Warranty
We guarantee that our products conform to the agreement and are free from defects. In the event of a manufacturing defect or non-conformity, you are entitled to repair, replacement or a refund in accordance with applicable consumer law. Wear and tear from normal use is not covered by warranty.
8. Liability
Casual Quarter is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or loss of profit. Our liability is in all cases limited to the amount of the relevant order. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use of products.
9. Intellectual property
All content on our website, including texts, images, logos and product photos, is the property of Casual Quarter or the respective rights holders. It is not permitted to copy, distribute or use this content without our express permission.
10. Complaints
Do you have a complaint about our products or services? Please contact us as soon as possible via our contact form. We aim to respond to your complaint within 5 business days. If we cannot resolve the issue together, you may submit your complaint to the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
11. Applicable law
All agreements with Casual Quarter are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the district of Noord-Holland, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
12. Changes
Casual Quarter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. The most current version is always available on our website. We recommend reviewing these terms regularly.
